This platform call TheGambiaJobs despite using our brand name and content and slogan is in no way link or associated with Gamjobs.com but only intended to confuse our users and partners, undermine our efforts and take advantage of Gamjobs.com‘s standing as an authentic, responsive career website providing jobs information to thousands of users in the Gambia since 2014. We have since written to the admin of theGambiaJobs site to notify him/her that his/her action is an infringement of Gamjobs.com‘s intellectual property rights and is therefore not acceptable. We have also ask him/her to immediately delete all post related to Gamjobs.com, change their domain name, slogan and desist from further and future use of Gamjobs brand name and content. We have also admonished him/her that failure to adhere to this principle, Gamjobs.com will take all necessary legal actions for breaching our intellectual property rights.
Finally, we wish to assure our esteem users that Gamjobs.com, will continue to work hard to bring to you authentic secured, and update-to-date job information.
